Re: Add GUI for VLAN configurations
In the end I sort of gave up on it. It worked, but it was a pretty ugly hack. Seeing as the stuff I do doesn't require VLAN10, I kind of gave up. Some friends who are with Spark etc in NZ just rang them and got them to take it off, so they're all on stock Gargoyle, no VLAN for their 100/20 UFB conne...

Re: Build for ar71xx fails second time through
It's weird, still happening, but if I do make clean it'll work so I've just had to settle with that for now
Just means rebuilding takes ~3 hours instead of 3 minutes

Re: Build for ar71xx fails second time through
Nup, it's a VM on a 3TB HDD I've spun up just for this:
builduser@openwrt:~/gargoyle$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 294G 76G 204G 27% /
Any other ideas ?

Re: Build for ar71xx fails second time through
None at all, like I mentioned I rm -rf'd the directory and did a complete fresh build, no customizations to Gargoyle, no custom configuration for OpenWRT, no FILES directory even, nothing at all

Re: Build for ar71xx fails second time through
I've just rm -rf 'd the gargoyle directory and tried again, doing exactly as you did, but I'm still getting: /home/builduser/gargoyle/ar71xx-src/build_dir/target-mips_34kc_uClibc-0.9.33.2/iproute2-full/iproute2-4.0.0/tc/tc_core.o:tc_core.c:(.text.tc_core_init+0x1): first defined here /home/builduser...

Re: Router Speed tests
In my testing: TL-WR1043NDv2 gets ~140mbps happily, up to 160mbps in short bursts TL-WR941ND gets ~55mbps happily, up to 60mbps in short bursts The TL-WR1043NDv2 will do more when it's not NAT'ing but that's not much good. Tests were done with a speedtest.net mini server through xmpplite on a Window...

Re: Build for ar71xx fails second time through
Any ideas why it's not happy?
I can just rm -rf the gargoyle directory and start again each time but it's a bit excessive for making small tweaks.
First build: Always flawless
Second build in the same directory: Never gets past there

Build for ar71xx fails second time through
Hi All, Wanting to do some builds, for the Archer C7 and the TL-WR1043ND specifically, so I'm running: git clone http://github.com/ericpaulbishop/gargoyle.git cd gargoyle time make ar71xx First time through it finishes perfectly: Generating index for package ./wireless-tools_29-5_ar71xx.ipk Generati...

Testing PPPoE (Wired) on 1.8 also works just fine here.
