It would be really nice to build (and/or import!) a quota library, and then be able to pick and choose which ones are in effect.
For example our regular quota for month is 48GB each among 4 of us. However this month is non-standard so for the remaining 10 days I need to drop the quotas down to 3GB ea.
An IP or IP range can only have a single quote in effect, and since the IP ranges remain the same, I have to remove or edit all the existing quotas to apply this month's special case. And then at the beginning of the next month edit the original settings back in -- and hope I don't make any mistakes.
It would be much more reliable and faster to just drag a setting over to a "Library", disabling it in the process. And the other way to make a different one active.
Additionally if the libraries could be exported and imported we could more easily share the good ones we come up with to the community.

Also, it would be nice to be able to label IP ranges:
Dad: ...100-...119
Mom: ...120-...139
Kid1: ...140-...159
Kid2: ...160-...179
