Is this the source or a precompiled package?
I need the source, just as a zip.

And preferably on a site with English download instruction please :P

If you can provide that, then yes I will add it.

It is formatted seamlessly as with others and fully ready to deploy (tar.gz) compression.
Here, I'm just sending .zip directly sources (*.js):

I thought of adding a package like other languages.

Thank you all for the caution, I fixed a misprint, and I added the untranslated. ;)

Errors and adjustments tell me here, thank you.

Now that the package is added to the code repository, it would be great if you could send the changes through git and make a pull request on github.
This will allow me to quickly review the code and accept the changes.

github? I never worked in that and I had to learn it first. For me, simple scripts (*.js) are edited and packaged to send you. But if it works with you on a code comparison basis, then I can not edit the code anymore (at least for now).
Developer I'm not, and I do not want to be, I'm just an advanced user - this translation is extra to make my GUI environment more enjoyable and shared with Czech users.

It would be good for you to learn to use GitHub (for your own education/interest) when you have time, but I understand.

I will add these changes when I get time.
