Hi
I'm using Gargoyle 1.10.0 on my TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v2 and today looking at web usage report I noticed that every month Gargoyle is reporting that 10 to 50 GB (gigabytes) of data is downloaded by localhost.
I do not have VPN nor FTP server on it. What is then the case?
Huge network usage by Gargoyle?

Re: Huge network usage by Gargoyle?
If you have webmon turned on you can see the websites visited. If not, then you can look back at each day/hour/minute to see if there are any spikes. However, gargoyle does not track the specific sites visited.
You can call the same scripts that the web pages does for current connections (cat /proc/net/nf_conntrack). From there, parse and store the results to see the IPs. However, you would need to resolve the IPs to see the domains. This is where I am stuck but hope to try more things soon.
